We phoned MyCar and arranged to view a car we'd seen online the same day. The car we wanted was ready for a test drive when we arrived. Car was great and completely as advertised. Danny helped us through the buying process with cups of tea (thanks Yan) and we drove off in our new car leaving the old one as part exchange. Whole process took about an hour. Would definitely buy from them again.
